The pinnacle event in the British agricultural calendar, the Royal Welsh Show, will be held between 19 to 22 July 2027 at the showground in Llanelwedd.
Along with the fantastic livestock, the show provides something to interest everyone through its wide range of activities including forestry, horticulture, crafts, countryside sports, food, and drink and a 12-hour programme each day of exciting entertainment, attractions and displays. Once again, the showground will be full of visitors, competitors, and livestock over the four-day show.
Historically, Tuesday has been defined by the prestigious Welsh Cob Stallion classes in the Main Ring, along with the blade shearing semi-finals, sheepdog trials, and a visit from the Royal Welsh Agricultural Society patron, HRH The Princess Royal. It is a peak day for livestock enthusiasts and traditional rural skills.
