Day 1 (Saturday): Early morning departure from North Wales and travel to our hotel near Russell Square in central London, arrival early afternoon.
After check in the remainder of the day is free to do as you wish. Nearby attractions include Oxford Street, Covent Garden, Soho and Leicester Square. Russell Square Underground Station is just a short walk from the hotel.
This evening you may want to head to the Theatre District, located near the hotel, and take in one of the spectacular West End shows on offer.
Day 2 (Sunday): After breakfast the day is at leisure for shopping and sightseeing in central London. Stroll down Oxford Street and Regent Street, where flagship stores and designer boutiques line the bustling avenues. For something more eclectic, wander through Covent Garden’s charming market stalls or explore the luxury of Harrods in Knightsbridge.
Take in the city’s iconic landmarks: admire the grandeur of Buckingham Palace, snap photos at Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament and enjoy panoramic views from the London Eye.
Return to the hotel in time for this evening’s coach transfer to the Royal Albert Hall, ticket to the London Welsh Festival of Male Choirs is included. Enjoy a diverse evening of song with a repertoire that ranges from Classical music to popular hits, new commissions and, of course, traditional Welsh Male Voice hymns and arias. The coach will transfer you back to the hotel at the end of the performance.
Day 3 (Monday): Enjoy breakfast and time at leisure for last minute shopping or sightseeing, before we depart London at 2.00pm and make the return journey home to North Wales.
