LONDON - ENGLAND V CYMRU INTERNATIONAL FOOTBALL FRIENDLY

08 October 2025

3 Days from just £299.00

Novotel London West 4*

Cymru and England will renew rivalries this year with a friendly at Wembley on Thursday 9 October 2025.

The home nations – who first faced each other 146 years ago – have arranged the fixture as part of preparation for key World Cup 2026 qualifiers.

The two nations have met each other 104 times since 1879, most recently in the 2022 World Cup where Gareth Southgate's side eased to a 3-0 win, sending Cymru home from Qatar.

England also won 3-0 in the last Wembley fixture between the sides in 2020, a game played behind closed doors during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The last crowd to see Cymru take on England at Wembley came in a Euro 2012 qualifier in September 2011.

TICKET TO THE MATCH NOT INCLUDED

An allocation of approximately 7,500 tickets is available to Cymru fans for the match and can be bought via the FAW website.
