Take time to relax and make use of the hotel’s leisure facilities before tonight’s party to celebrate Elfyn’s 60th birthday. Entertainment will consist of a Tom Jones live tribute.
Day 3: Kirkby Lonsdale, Bowness-on-Windermere & Abba Live Tribute Entertainment
After a leisurely breakfast we visit Kirkby Lonsdale, situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. There will be free time to explore this quaint market town. You may want to visit Devil’s Bridge, spanning over the River Lune. This 14th century bridge is extremely popular amongst bikers as a meeting point. Every day you will find this spot crowded with bikers who gather here as a place to socialise or just check out each other's bikes. This meeting place is so popular, you will quite often find non-bikers coming just to have a look at the bikes parked up.
We continue to Bowness-on-Windermere, explore this popular holiday village at leisure. There are cafes, restaurants, shops and places to visit, such as the World of Beatrix Potter attraction. You may also want to take a cruise along picturesque Lake Windermere.
Tonight enjoy a final evening of entertainment as you dance away to a superb Abba live tribute band.
Day 4: Beatles Magical Mystery Guided Tour
We depart the hotel after breakfast and journey to Liverpool for a two-hour Beatles Magical Mystery Tour. The tour takes place on-board the colourful Magical Mystery Tour Bus and takes passengers on a two-hour tour of all the places associated with the Fab Four! Passengers will see where John, Paul, George and Ringo grew up, met and formed the band that took the world by storm.
The tour will drive to the childhood homes of The Beatles, their birthplaces and to the places that inspired some of their most well-known songs. You guessed it, Penny Lane and Strawberry Field. Passengers of the tour will also see one of the most important places in rock and roll history - where John and Paul met for the first time. You’ll be kept entertained on the tour by a fully qualified Beatles Guide.
The Magical Mystery Tour ends at the world-famous Cavern Club on Mathew St, where you'll receive free entry into the Club and an exclusive souvenir when you present your ticket to a member of staff!
Afterwards, we will make the return journey home to North Wales.
