The pinnacle event in the British agricultural calendar, the Royal Welsh Show, will be held between 19 to 22 July 2027 at the showground in Llanelwedd.
Along with the fantastic livestock, the show provides something to interest everyone through its wide range of activities including forestry, horticulture, crafts, countryside sports, food, and drink and a 12-hour programme each day of exciting entertainment, attractions and displays. Once again, the showground will be full of visitors, competitors, and livestock over the four-day show.
Monday’s highlights at the Royal Welsh Show typically include the official opening ceremony, the prestigious Royal Welsh Agricultural Society competition for the Champion Blade Shearer of Wales, and captivating performances in the main ring, such as the Ukrainian Cossacks or Royal Welsh Agricultural Society Shire horse displays.
